Robert Flanagan is Executive Vice President of Clark Enterprises, Inc. (Bethesda, MD) and Managing Director of CNF Investments LLC, the private equity division of Clark Enterprises, Inc. Mr Flanagan received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Georgetown University and a master's degree in taxation from the American University School of Business. He sits on the Board of Directors of CNF portfolio companies such as: Castle Brands, Inc., Eagle Oil & Gas Co., ILD Telecommunications, Inc., Martek Bioscience Corporation and, of course, Prestwick Chemical, Inc.
